離面掠入射光譜儀涉及用于極紫外及真空紫外波長(zhǎng)，~8 到 125nm（10 到 150eV）。它是一種具有點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)成像的單色儀，特別適合高次諧波產(chǎn)生的實(shí)驗(yàn)，如光電子發(fā)射光譜學(xué)、泵浦探測(cè) ARPES實(shí)驗(yàn)等。掠入射離面光學(xué)系統(tǒng)效率高，時(shí)間展寬小，成像好，使用通用的衍射光柵。這種單色儀非常適合高諧波激光和其他固定源（點(diǎn)、LPP、同步加速器）的實(shí)驗(yàn)。
