SL201 semi-automaticsample presser is a machine used for element analysis of product. By pressingpowder to sample piece, it provides sample for XRF analyzer. The machine iswidely used in the fields of metallurgy, non-ferrous metal, chemical industry,commodities inspection, geology and building materials.

在量程內，壓力﹑保壓時間和行程均連續可調。加壓﹑保壓和卸壓均自動進行。可提供試樣托為鋁盒﹑塑料環﹑硼酸﹑低壓聚乙烯和鋼環的各種模具。
Function
Within its measuringrange, the pressure, pressure-holding-time and travel can be adjustedcontinuously. Activities as pressurizing, pressure-holding and pressure releasecan be performed automatically.

Features
SL201 semi-autopresser is based on the latest German technology on integrated oil system. Itis well-known that oil leakage is the biggest problem of hydraulic system. Theintegrated system reduces leakage, therefore increases system reliability.
Meanwhile, theintegrated system also reduces system volume, resulting lighter weight. It isonly two thirds of domestic product of the same kind in terms of volume, andonly half of the weight of the said domestic product.
SL201 presser has avery easy operation instrumentation panel. The panel can display the machinepressure and system working pressure in a clear way. SL201 also has very fastresponse time. It can be shut down the automatic running mode and go back toinitial states at any time.
Sl201 adopts dynamicpressure protection. Compared with domestic products, which only use staticpressure protection, SL201 achieved constant pressure during pressureprotection.
